Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY

Nicole Jolie and Worthy of Success, LLC operates under a strict NO REFUND policy for all consulting services, digital products, and educational materials. Unless otherwise specifically stated on the website, we will not allow refunds for our services. Where stated that there is a refund policy, after paying for services you have 72 hours from receipt of payment to withdrawal your payment.

All work commences 72 hours AFTER your payment, not before. We reserve the right to wait until your payment is thoroughly processed and there are no refunds after we commence service work as per the agreement you entered into with us unless otherwise stated.

CONSULTING SERVICES

All collaborative consulting services are provided on a NO REFUND basis. Once consulting and service work sessions begin on behalf of your company or the company you are representing, no refunds will be provided for:

• Consulting time already delivered
• Strategic recommendations provided
• Custom analysis or assessments completed
• Any materials or resources delivered

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including but not limited to:

• Generative Engine Optimization Score assessments
• Educational materials
• Strategic guides and templates
• Online courses or programs

Are sold on a NO REFUND basis due to their immediate digital delivery and the nature of intellectual property.

COLLABORATIVE CONSULTING NATURE

Our services are provided on a collaborative basis where success depends entirely on the CLIENT'S implementation, effort, and consistency. We cannot refund services when results depend on factors outside our control.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes regarding services must be addressed through direct communication with our support team within 7 days of service delivery. We will work collaboratively to address legitimate concerns, but no monetary refunds will be provided.

EXCEPTION POLICY

The only exception to this no refund policy would be in cases of proven fraud or material misrepresentation on our part, which would be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
