By accessing or using Worthy of Success, LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Worthy of Success provides collaborative AI search and business consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategic consulting
• Ask Engine Optimization (AEO) collaborative planning
• Score assessments and analysis
• Professional discovery strategy consultation
• AI search building collaborative guidance

COLLABORATIVE CONSULTING NATURE

Our services are provided on a collaborative consulting basis only. You acknowledge that:

• You are 100% responsible for all content creation and implementation
• We do NOT provide done-for-you services we provide done-with-you services
• All results depend entirely on your efforts and implementation
• We are NOT a posting service or social media management company

NO GUARANTEES

Worthy of Success makes NO GUARANTEES regarding:

• Improvement in your AI Search Visibility
• Business results or earnings
• Professional discovery outcomes
• Success with GEO/AEO implementation

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for assessments
• Use services for lawful purposes only
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our methodologies
• Take full responsibility for your implementation and results

PROHIBITED USES

You may NOT use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Create misleading or fraudulent content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our consulting services

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Worthy of Success's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Texas state law. Disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration in Texas.
